I used my fresh Rosemary from my garden and my kitchen smells amazing! Oh my gosh!!
-3 pork chops
-fresh rosemary to taste
-1/4 cup sourcream
-can of diced tomatoes
-Salt and pepper
-splash of milk
I seared my pork on high heat rubbed in herbs and salt and pepper, added tomatoes, sour cream, milk, and scraped the bits off the bottom of the pan. Simmered for 10 minutes and served over leftover rice from last night.
Total cost is $3.97 for the pork chops plus using things I already had on hand.
There is nothing that smells more like heaven than using fresh herbs. Can ya tell Rosemary is my favorite??
