Happy Saturday Lovelies, 

So I thought I’d make something different for breakfast today. It’s cool outside, hot tea on the stove, and well..  it’s a PJ kinda Saturday.  It’s been that kind of work week lol. I had a box of cinnamon apple muffin mix and  I don’t have a muffin pan or an egg so I tweaked the recipe to make it my own.  So here it is.

1 box cinnamon apple muffin mix
3/4 cup water
1 small container of cinnamon apple sauce (the kind our kiddos take to school)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Mix thoroughly and pour into a small caserole dish. Top with the crumble mixture and bake at 350 for 40ish minute until done.
