Ibotta is an app I discovered last night in fact. It’s an app that has a lot of grocery stores, pharmacy stores like Walgreens and CVS, restaurants like Chilis, and retail stores like Target. Each store offers a coupon value on things like milk, bread, lotions, snacks and more. Go into the app, select your items to redeem them, upload your receipt and they give you the savings to your PayPal account or a gift card to participating stores like Starbucks!
This is a great addition to using store coupons, manufacturer coupons, weekly sales, rewards card, Checkout 51, Walmart Savings catcher, plus Ibotta for a possible 7x the savings on one item!!!!!
I haven’t used this yet, but I’ll keep you posted =)
Good Morning All,
I recently downloaded an app on my phone from Walmart. It’s the Walmart app, but more importantly it is an easy way to access their Savings Catcher!
Walmart Savings Catcher enables you to type in the date on your receipt and your receipt number. It checks prices across the web for the things you bought. If it is cheaper somewhere else and verified, they refund you the difference. They then transfer that savings onto a gift card for later use!!! AWESOME!
It takes 2-3 days to verify pricing. I entered my first two receipts last night…..I’ll keep you posted!
Checkout 51 is an app that I keep on my phone. I love coupons, but often don’t use half of them because it is food either my son cannot eat or it’s just plain unhealthy. Often though, there are GREAT deals on produce, fruit, milk, and other items that ARE healthy and that you typically never get coupons for.
What I like about this app is that I can further stack my coupons. 1 store coupon, 1 manufacturer coupon, Checkout 51 app PLUS store sales!
Simply sign up, install the app, enter your zip code, and scan your store receipts. They match the line items with the deals that week and you accumulate a running balance. Once you hit $20.00 they mail you a check!
