Semi Homemade Chinese Ramen

Hello Lovelies,

Well, I didn’t really feel like cooking tonight and I definately wasn’t in the mood for a big meal. So after rummaging in my pantry I found 2 packages of Oriental Ramen Noodles. I also had leftovers in the fridge. I’m a master of making something out of nothing and this is sooo delish!

Chinese Ramen (my version)
-2 pkgs Oriental Ramen Noodles not cups
-1 egg
-handful shredded carrot
-1/4 cup corn
-1 soy sauce takeout packet (I hoard takeout condiments lol)
-Siracha Sauce to taste

Put 1 tsp olive oil in a skillet, crack the egg and scramble. Add 4 cups water and bring to boil. Add corn and carrots and cook until softened. I added more water as I needed it because the carrots do absorb a little. Few splashes of Siracha and maybe less than half the soy packet. Simmer for a few minutes and oh my gosh ! Less than 10 minutes and we have dinner.

Total estimated cost is less than .50 cents. Gotta love that!!
